  1. To accelerate the development and application of autonomous technologies and products, and actively establish and improve multi-channel support and supply mechanisms. Maintaining relations with major nuclear power countries such as France, Russia, and Canada and key supplier countries, and establishing a broad and diverse partnership.
  2. To promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence withmanufacturing, and establish a sound national nuclear power data platform.
  3. To conduct overall research and assessment on nuclear strategy in new era.
  4. To reform the personnel training mechanism, step up the training and introduction of world-class scientists, and accelerate the training and reserve of academicians, and pay great attention to the development of professional teams including international business, legal affairs, finance, and composite talents.
  5. To strengthen communication with foreign suppliers and buyers to understand the latest developments and willingness of US suppliers.
  6. To use the cooperation platformsof the AP1000 Project, China-US Wave Reactor Joint Venture, and China-US Nuclear Security Demonstration Center to maintain and expand the mutual understanding and communication channels between China and the United States in the nuclear energy field.
